Day 2

Okay, I am going to have thighs of steel. I must have gone up and down the steps 200 times today alone. This is a great way to get into shape.

Celia and I made cookies today. Since it was Mr. Matt Howell's birthday, we sent some cookies home with Kathryn when she came to visit this afternoon. Mr. Jake and Ms. Melissa also came by to visit and got a bag of cookies to bring home with them. Ms. Melissa will need the energy from the cookies because she is packing tonight.

Bennett is being very sweet. When I went in to pick her up after her nap this afternoon, she put her little forehead against mine and rubbed them together and just giggled and giggled. We are having lots of fun. Her favorite thing is to play with the farm and animals on the refrigerator. (see the picture)

Celia was sad tonight when she went to bed but we talked and she said to tell Mommy that she wants a cow so that she can have milk from a cow and from the store. I guess she will be doing a comparison. Yes, we have had some wonderful talks. She is happy that Pops will be here tomorrow and I am, too! And then Jess the day after and E on Monday. KULPFEST!

I told her I will show her my blog tomorrow so that she can see the pictures.

Day 1 text

Well we have had an eventful day/night. Turkey, cheese and zuchini for lunch. I layered the turkey and cheese and cut it into circles, which Celia really liked. Spaghetti for dinner, as you can see.

Bennet is confused and keeps looking at me like " who are you and what have you done with my mommy!" But she is doing well, considering.

Celia is doing exceptionally well. The question of the day..."Where's Mommy/Daddy?", which she answers for herself "Prague...". Bedtime was tough but bathtime was a hoot. No pictures...too busy. She misses her Mommy and Daddy but is looking forward to craft time tomorrow and Pops and Aunt Jess coming soon.

We went to the trash can and to the park today.

Can't wait for tomorrow. Those 2 flights of stairs are killing me. hehe

Wedding Responses

We have received 9 responses for the wedding/reception, most of which are yes! I look forward to meeting Zach's friends/relatives that are coming and am sorry that others can't come. Since I have never even met Zach's immediate family, we will be meeting a lot of new people. What fun!

Jackie & I are going down March 4 and Buzz & Fran are coming on March 9. Jackie, Jess, Zach and I will have the whole week to make sure everything is set up right.

Okay, I am tryng to get back to blogging. Don't know how much time I will have to do it but will keep trying.

So, my sweet daughter is getting married in just a few short weeks! The wedding will be in MS and my sweet son and his wonderful family will be there. It will be such fun! I will have pictures to post.
